My glasses and sunglasses don't fit and have ordered replacements for both . Also the prescription is all wrong as when I tried to drive in them last night all the car interface is blurred ! There is nothing wrong with my near vision and the optician had great difficulty obtaining a clear picture for me during testing . I am not at all happy . I have 2 brand new pairs of glasses which I cannot wear and want my money back.

At a recent visit I was attended to by Sam and latterly Amiah. Both were extremely professional, friendly and courteous. We discussed the options available to me and I was able to make choices on clear accurate infomation. The whole experience was enjoyable and those two employees were excellent throughout and should be congratulated. I will definitely recommend Boots opticians to my friends and family but moreover I will contine ti bea patient at this branch. Please extend my personal thanks to Amiah and Sam

I called into boots ,my glasses were broken...l was taken care by Amiam ,she was wonderful very polite and very professional,true credit to the company,if only more staff from other shops could take a leaf out of her book...thank you....mr & mrs devlin
